For more than 3,800 years, the people of Mexico have been making chocolate.

We continue this heritage, creating the most authentic chocolate anywhere in the world.

The Yucatan Peninsula

Criollo. Organic.  Mexican.

If chocolate comes from Mexico, shouldn't your chocolate be Mexican?

There's no substitute for authenticity.

We grow our own cacao trees deep in the heart of the Yucatán.

We harvest our vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, all-spice and chipotle peppers from our groves, located a short distance from the ancient Maya cities of Uxmal and Labná.

We gather the Criollo cacao beans when they have fully ripened naturally, and this is how we make the best bean-to-bar artisanal chocolates available anywhere in the world today.

We grow Criollo cacao trees, and harvest the cacao pods at the peak of ripeness.

This is how it has been done for over 3,800 years.
