We plant our own Criollo cacao trees. We nurture our groves in the warmth of the tropoical sun. We harvest the cacao pods at the peak of ripeness.
Then we make our tree-to-bean-to-bar artisanal chocolates that have garnered worldwide acclaim.
And we do this in a sustainable way, with social justice for the Maya people who are part of every step in the process that honors and builds on the chocolate-making traditions of the peoples of Mesoamerica.
